Michelin, founded in France in 1889, sells a short, premium-leaning car line-up in India through Michelin India Private Limited. The range starts with the Energy XM2+ for smaller cars and moves through the Primacy touring tyres to Pilot Sport performance tyres, with Primacy SUV+, Latitude Sport 3 and LTX Trail for SUVs. The group is not listed on Indian exchanges.

Warranty
Michelin India says: "Michelin tyres are warranted against defect in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase or until the wear of the minimum legal tread depth (based on India legislation) whichever occurs first."
Keep the invoice and the warranty card, and read the terms printed on the card itself: they are what a claim is judged against.
